Kade 32 is located in an old arsenal building on the quay in Dordrecht, a monumental property full of character, yet with walls that don’t always run exactly as on the plans. Together with and for Horeca Totaal Bouw, we created a fully custom interior here that is both practical and distinctive.

Playful, warm, and functional
The interior was designed for both atmosphere and efficiency. An organic-shaped bench on a podium and a mix of high and low seating areas give the space a playful design language. Along the walls, we installed sleek paneling and mirrored panels, complemented by custom-made benches to provide ample seating.

The bar as a centerpiece
The bar stands out with its blue slatted exterior. Behind it is an open shelving unit with RGB LED lighting. The brass-colored canopy offers functional storage for glasses and bottles while integrated lighting adds extra ambiance. Velvet pink bar stools complete the look.

Dividing space without closing it off
A transparent metal bottle rack subtly separates the space, creating intimacy without blocking sightlines.

Making a monumental building appear straight requires experience. With precise measurements, 3D engineering, pre-assembly, and a highly reliable laser, we positioned every component perfectly in place.
